Intan's Oven was invited by Unit Perancang Ekonomy Negeri Pahang  (State Economic Planning Dept) to present paper on our business and recommendations for SMI development in Pahang.  Pahang is setting-up Halal Hub in Gambang as a manufactuing center for halal products which will be a component of Taman Teknologi Gambang. (Gambang Technology Park) & ECER.  It is classified as a high impact development project for Pahang.

The meeting was held at UPEN Meeting Room on Level 4 at Wisma Sri Pahang and attended by relevant state as well as federal agencies like ECER, MECD, SMIDEC, HDC and financial institutions.  Intan's Oven presented our business expansion plan and our recommendations and suggestion for Pahang SMI development.

The state government has designated an area (100 acres) near Gambang Toll Exit for Lebuhraya Pantai Timur (East Coast Highway).  Halal Hub Gambang will be divided into 2 areas the first will have AgriPrima as anchor company and the second will be managed by PKNP (Pahang SEDC).

Intan's Oven participated in Gerak Usahawan 2009 organized by MECD at Putra World Trade Center (PWTC) in KL on February 6th thru 8th, 2009.  Our booth was in Hall 1, PWTC under 'Groom Big' cluster.

Intan's Oven participated in SMIDEX 2008 which was held from June 4th thru 6th at Kuala Lumpur Convention Center.  The event was organized by SMIDEC, an agency under Ministry of Entrepreneur & Cooperative Development.
